Shipping policy

All products are shipped with UPS Surepost if shipping domestically and international orders will be shipped via UPS and all shipments are tracked. You will receive tracking information via the email address provided at your time of purchase. Domestic shipping time typically ranges from 1-6 business days, shipping cost is $4.99 and $1.50 for each additional item in the order. International shipping time ranges from 1-3 weeks, the cost if international shipping is $7.50 and $5.95 for each additional item in the order to anywhere outside the US.

Billion Blessings Apparel cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc. You will only be charged for the items that are shipped to you, along with the applicable shipping and tax charges.

Billion Blessings Apparel accepts no responsibility for loss or any damage to your package caused by the UPS. Billion Blessings Apparel is not liable as we have no control once the product is with the UPS. Please contact UPS with the tracking number that was provided when the package was sent. Unfortunately, we are not able to give any refunds or resend orders in these circumstances.
